Terms of Use
These terms and conditions govern your use of this website. By using this website, you accept these terms and conditions in full. If you disagree with these terms and conditions or any part of these terms and conditions, you must not use this website.
The information contained in this website is provided for informational purposes only and should not be construed as legal information, advice, or representation.
Information from this website does not create an attorney-client relationship between us, nor is it intended to do so. The transmission of the website, in part or in whole, and/or any communication with us via email through this site or otherwise does not constitute or create an attorney-client relationship. Any information sent to The Firm by email or through the website may not be secure and is done so on a non-confidential basis.
The content of this website contains general information and does not necessarily reflect the most current legal developments, verdicts, or settlements. We expressly disclaim all liability in respect to actions taken or not taken based on any or all the contents of this website.
Do not provide us with any information, via email, voice mail, or otherwise, specifically about your matter until and unless an attorney-client relationship is established and we have agreed to an appropriate means of communications. If you do provide information about a specific matter, you are advised that that information shall not bar us from representing any other client and you consent to our use of that information pursuant to the representation of other clients.
This website and its contents are provided “AS IS” without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
Furthermore, we do not wish to represent anyone desiring representation based upon viewing this website in a state where this website does not fully comply with all laws and ethical rules of that state.
Reproduction, distribution, republication, and/or retransmission of material contained within the website is prohibited unless you have obtained our prior written permission.
If a provision of these terms and conditions is determined by any court or other competent authority to be unlawful and/or unenforceable, the other provisions will continue in effect. If any unlawful and/or unenforceable provision would be lawful or enforceable if part of it were deleted, that part will be deemed to be deleted, and the rest of the provision will continue in effect.
These terms and conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with laws of the State of Missouri and any disputes relating to these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the State of Missouri.
If You are not a Client Pursuant to a Written Engagement Letter, do not Submit Confidential or Sensitive Information. If you submit information to us by email or otherwise through one of our websites in connection with a matter for which we do not presently represent you, you acknowledge that it will not be considered to be confidential and consent to our sharing it with other law firms to determine whether we will agree to represent you. We cannot represent you until we know that doing so will not create a conflict-of-interest. Accordingly, please do not send us any information about any matter that may involve you or the matter until you and we enter into an engagement letter or other written agreement stating that we agree to represent you. You recognize that any information that you submit and our review of your information will not preclude any lawyer in our Firm from representing a party directly adverse to you, in any matter where that information is relevant, even if that information is highly confidential and could be used against you and even if it is transmitted in a good faith effort to retain us. We reserve the right to decline any representation, and may be required to decline representation if it would create a conflict of interest with our other clients.
These terms may be changed without notice to you other than being set out in this portion of the website.
