What is Brown & Crouppen?

Brown & Crouppen is a special place. It’s not just a law firm. I know a lot of people think that they have a culture at their firm that’s like a family. Ours is but it’s like that by design. We have working it here remember, Andy and Terry Crouppen are father and son. We have six or seven sets of siblings that work here. We’ve got other fathers and sons. We have mothers and daughters. It is a family and it it translates to how we treat the clients. Because everything we do every time somebody signs up with us they’re in, and they’re in for life. We’re going to take care of them during their case. We’re going to care about them after their case and the key to getting to that point is hiring the right people. It’s a hard thing to come to work at Brown & Crouppen. We don’t want people that are just excellent at the actual job. We’re looking for good human beings. We’re looking for kind people because you can’t train kind. You either are or you’re not, but if you fill your place with kind people, everybody who interacts with us is going to comment about how wonderfully they were treated and that’s what our clients say about us. That’s what I’m more proud of than anything but that’s Brown & Crouppen.
