If your employer disputes your workers’s compensation claim it’s very important at that point in time that you have a lawyer because if your employer disputes your workers’s compensation claim we can take that claim to court and have an administrative law judge make a decision on whether that denial of your claim is proper in certain circumstances we can file a hardship claim which will get your case in front of a judge within weeks instead of months or years and that judge will hear the evidence and decide whether their denial is appropriate or not otherwise we would take the case to a trial and eventually a judge will decide that and we will fight for you every step of the way but it’s very important that if your claim is denied that you have a lawyer represent you as soon as possible.
