Could you walk us through the case communication process?

At Brown and Crouppen, communication is key because most people out there they don’t know anything about the law. They’re not going to know if you are an ace lawyer or not an ace lawyer, but they’re going to know how they were treated. They’re going to know how they were informed, how they were respected. In our firm when you call up the very first time, the person that answers the phone they themselves are empowered to guide you right through the process and through a contract that allows you to hire us right away. So even then you’re not getting bounced around caller to caller. The person who answers is going to help you and then within the first couple of days, we’re off to the race isn’t working we’re ordering police reports we’re sending out investigators to take pictures and you’re being introduced to your attorney who’s going to talk to you about the timeline of the entire process. You’re going to be contacted in the first week by a medical care coordinator to make sure that that all of your treatment is going exactly the way the doctors are recommending to get you a full medical recovery. We have nurses on staff who are going to then review the medical records and talk to you about it and make sure that your recovery is going as well as what it seems to be based on the records. All throughout the case, your paralegal is going to talk to you. Your legal assistant is going to talk to you and above all else your lawyer is available to you all the time. Every single one of our clients has their lawyer’s cell phone number their personal cell phone number. They can text with them. They can call them. Doesn’t matter if it’s the evening, it doesn’t matter if it’s the weekend. If that’s when it’s convenient for the client that’s when it’s convenient for us and that process goes all the way through until their case is resolved. Then we do our best to keep in contact with all of our clients for the rest of their lives.
