So in a premises liability case, the communication can vary on a couple different factors. In a lot of ways it’s just like a car crash case in that periodically, you would receive updates anyway as to the status or where we are in a case. But, a lot of times in a premise liability, there’s a lot of things that happen in the front end as far as investigating witnesses, getting out to the scene, documenting what happened, documenting the condition that can really increase the amount of communication it takes in a premise liability.
