The length of time it takes for any car wreck case uh from from the time of the wreck till the time that uh the claim is ultimately resolved is dependent upon a number of factors uh obviously the uh the severity of the client’s injuries is a big factor some people are able to get back on their feet in as little as two or three months other people have multiple operations surgery and they may be under a doctor’s care for two or three years so we will never try to resolve any client’s case while they’re still under any type of doctor’s care because it is important to know the ultimate prognosis and outcome of their injury before we can fully value or or evaluate the uh amount of compensation that the client may be due uh other than that a lot of it is uh uh dependent upon uh whether we’re able to resolve the claim with an insurance company directly or whether we have to file a lawsuit lawsuits will greatly extend the amount of time that a CLA of the claims process itself which is why we do everything we can to try to resolve any client’s claim to their satisfaction directly with the insurance company without final lawsuit.
