How Do You Decide To Settle Or Go To Court?

At Brown and Crouppen we’re looking at that from the very beginning of the case so the question is when do you decide you’re going to either accept the offer that’s out there or go to trial and let a jury decide I make that decision and I’m going to base that decision on which way I’m going to get more money so the bottom line is I’m always looking to see how I’m going to get the most amount of money there are often times that I can actually get more money uh settling the case than going to a jury so it’s something I factor in all the time we’re always looking at those two options so the bottom line is once they offer what I believe is more than the case is worth more than what I might get if I go to trial that’s when I make the decision to settle.
