What Factors Impact How Long A Slip And Fall Case Takes To Resolve?

At Brown and Crouppen we handle a large number of slip and fall cases I’ve been practicing for over 30 years I know exactly how to handle these cases and I can tell you the number one reason it might take a little bit longer to resolve a case it all depends on their medical treatment so if some clients after their event they’re are able to get medical treatment and be back to where they were before the incident in two weeks obviously that’s much different than a client that might take two years before they’re finished with their treatment and in order for me to properly evaluate the case and know the value of that case I need to know the injury so there’s a big difference between somebody who two weeks later they’re completely finished with their treatment which is fine but versus somebody who’s going to need s multiple surgeries and it may take two years so I think the medical treatment getting the necessary related medical treatment is the key to knowing how long it’s going to take
