How do you ensure clients receive the best representation possible?

I think that starts with how we treat our people here um this has always been a family firm a family environment and we realized many many years ago that the better we treat our people the better they’ll treat our clients so that’s where we start but then we make sure that we hire the very best people we can and instill in them the values that my father and his partner Ron started the firm with 40 plus years ago and I think we’ve done a really good job of maintaining those values and representing clients in a way that not only we are proud of but I think that the community at large appreciates and respects and and has gotten to know over the generations we’ve been around
