How do you reassure clients concerned about the length of their case?

At Brown & Crouppen we take a pragmatic approach to this I think that you can tell people we can get it done fast but that’s not the truth so we have to be realistic up front that if you want it done right it takes time and we want to do it right and we want to take the time it takes to get you every dollar you deserve I tell people all the time if you want it done quickly you can probably settle with the insurance company tomorrow they’re going to give you Pennies on the dollar they’re going to leave you vulnerable in the future to medical bills and that’s just I I would not represent someone who wants it done fast I want to do it in a in the fastest way possible I want to be uh efficient but I don’t want to rush things because there’s just no way to do it properly if you’re rushing things.
