How do you ensure your clients receive the most up-to-date and informed care?

The legal landscape is always changing as is life. It’s very important to stay up to date on that because the laws change and your case may change. We have situations where the law will change and we need to take immediate action on a case or else risk harming the value of your case. So what we do is my partner, Ed, my father Terry and I, we go to seminars several times per year to make sure that we’re on top of things. But, what we also do is empower our lawyers and paralegals to be involved in as many organizations as possible so that they’re with their peers learning as much as they can, going to seminars in and out of town, virtually, in person, whatever it takes. We really spare no expense time or money to make sure that we are current in every way that we can whether it’s knowledge or technology or technique. We understand the importance of that and we will never fall behind.
